is the Director of Youth Services at Healthy Babies Project, Inc. in Washington, DC, where she has led youth and family programming since 2015, serving more than 3,000 young people through school- and community-based education initiatives. She oversees grant reporting and compliance, program design, and staff supervision across family support workers, residential program staff, and contractors, while building strong partnerships with schools and community organizations. Since 2022, she has also served as Development Specialist at The Atlanta Voice.
A graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health, Jazmine has facilitated trainings nationally, including work as a Trainer of Trainers with One Key Question / Power to Decide, and has served as a guest speaker and panelist for organizations such as the DC Mayor's Maternal & Infant Health Summit and the Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs. She is a Presidential Volunteer Service Award recipient, and a trained prenatal doula.
